UPDATE: After watching this guy approach and ham it up with any young lady who came into his field, we are thrilled to congratulate Broken Bond on finding “Mia” – his very own young lady to give him all the attention he can handle. Mia was able to make it out to the farm after her mother Christa contacted us about Broken Bond and potentially others. However, the weather certainly put a delay on the visit. When they finally got to visit the farm, it was clear Mia really only had eyes for Broken Bond. While the footing wasn’t perfect, it allowed for a conservative ride which was enough to solidify Mia’s feelings for this sweet boy. So happy they both found the match they have been looking for. It certainly seems like a bond that will not be broken!
Broken Bond is over this whole vacation deal. He never made it to the races because he just couldn’t seem to lose that baby fat. Turns out he was just a slower developer! He’s gotten leaner but has maintained a somewhat stocky build. He is a handsome, sweet and affectionate. He loves to follow you around the field even leaving his hay and buddy standing at the gate. He is looking to start his career with his new partner and has good feet and is an easy type keeper. And wait until you see those dapples in the spring – a real attention getter!
He is NOT RRP eligible having never started. His adoption fee is $1500 but will go up as his training increases. He’s a handsome hunk of brown sugar!
