Every once is a while we get an adopter that comes as a gift to our program and a special horse. Karen came along on a rainy day after losing her long time companion. She took the tour and met the horses and fell for the one that needed her the most. Completed Storm was in need a light job and Karen came along and fell for his sweet, gentle way. He also just happened to look a lot like Karen’s current lonesome pasture pet. So the near twins both get live out their lives keeping each other company, grazing a large pasture, and being cared for by a long time horsewoman.
